If your neighborhood is not listed but you are in the Charlotte metro, ask. We cover most of Mecklenburg County and parts of Union, Cabarrus, and Iredell. A quick check of your zip code tells us if you are in our normal service area.
Uptown / Center City
Mostly high rise condos, lofts, and converted commercial buildings. Small to mid sized units. Frequent Airbnb and STR turnovers around event weekends (Spectrum Center, Bank of America Stadium, conference traffic).

Building access is usually via front desk. Tell us the building and unit at booking.
South End
Fast growing dining and nightlife district along the LYNX Blue Line. Lots of newer one and two bedroom condos plus an increasing number of townhomes and renovated bungalows toward Sedgefield and Wilmore.
Typical regular cleans: $129 to $189 per visit.
Heavy STR turnover demand. Parking is tight in some sub neighborhoods; loading zones help.
NoDa (North Davidson)
Charlotte’s arts district. Historic mill houses, recent infill, and a growing share of larger newer builds toward Optimist Park. Strong Airbnb market for music tourism.

Plaza Midwood
Bungalows, craftsmans, and an increasing share of new construction. Mature trees, walkable, popular with young families and couples. Strong recurring cleaning demand.

Elizabeth and Cherry
Smaller older homes near downtown. Some renovated, some original. Recurring cleaning is the most common service here.

Dilworth
Historic district with a mix of bungalows and larger homes. Landscaping and home upkeep are taken seriously here, which carries over to interior cleaning expectations.

Myers Park
Established neighborhood with larger homes and substantial landscaping. Recurring cleaning is the dominant pattern. Move out cleans tend to be larger jobs because the homes are bigger.

Eastover and Foxcroft
Larger homes, often older with substantial square footage and detail work. Deep cleans take longer and recurring schedules are usually weekly or biweekly.

SouthPark
Mix of condos around the mall and larger homes in the surrounding neighborhoods. Both regular cleaning and STR turnovers are common.

Ballantyne
Larger family homes, planned community feel, growing south Charlotte commercial center. Family households drive most of the recurring demand.

Steele Creek
Fast growing southwest Charlotte. Mix of newer single family homes and townhomes. Younger buyer demographic. Recurring cleaning is the most common service.

Around UNC Charlotte. Mix of student rentals (often move out turnover heavy) and family neighborhoods further out. Strong move out demand at end of academic terms.

Matthews
Suburban Charlotte just southeast of the city. Family neighborhoods, larger lots, classic subdivisions. Recurring biweekly cleaning is the dominant pattern.

East side metro. Family homes, larger square footage, recurring cleaning typical.

Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis
Cabarrus County. We serve north into the Concord and Harrisburg areas regularly. Distances vary; we still price flat (no trip fees) when we serve a zip code.

Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville (Lake Norman)
North Mecklenburg lake communities. Larger homes are common, lakefront and second home cleanings can be unique jobs (boat house adjacent etc.).

What if I am not on this list
Most of the Charlotte metro is in service area. Newer or fast growing zip codes (Waxhaw, Weddington, Mooresville) get evaluated case by case.

Service notes that apply across all neighborhoods
- No trip fees. The price you see is the price you pay regardless of where in the metro you are.
- Same cleaner on recurring whenever we can. Recurring schedules in established neighborhoods (Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, Myers Park, Ballantyne, Matthews) tend to be very stable.
- One hour arrival window with a live ETA on the day, regardless of neighborhood.
- Weekend availability varies. Limited Saturdays, no Sunday cleans.
