What's included in a regular cleaning?
Kitchens (counters, sink, appliance exteriors, floor), all bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors), bedroom and living dusting, surface care, trash, and a general tidy. Custom add‑ons available at booking.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
Most clients aren't. You can leave a key, share a code, or be home — whatever feels right. We send arrival and completion notifications either way.
What products do you use?
Plant‑based, low‑tox cleaners by default. Safe for kids, pets, and sensitive noses. If you have a specific product preference, leave a note at booking and we'll use yours.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Most cleanings can be scheduled within two to three days, sometimes sooner.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re‑do whatever wasn't right at no additional cost. That's the satisfaction guarantee.
