What's included in a regular cleaning?
Kitchens (counters, sink, appliance exteriors, floor), all bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors), bedroom and living dusting, surface care, trash, and a general tidy. Custom extras available at booking.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
Most clients aren't. You can leave a key, share a code, or be home, whatever feels right. We send arrival and completion notifications either way.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring everything we need so you don't have to keep anything stocked. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use, leave a note at booking and we'll use yours instead.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Most cleanings can be scheduled within two to three days, sometimes sooner.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo whatever wasn't right at no additional cost. That's the satisfaction guarantee.
